PRICING

The pricing in our showroom is marked at retail.

PAYMENT

Unless prior special circumstances exist, payment is expected at time of pick-up, delivery, or approval period. Checks, Master Card/Visa or cash accepted.

SHOWROOM HOURS

Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders on trees, plants or florals normally take 1- 3 weeks, depending on the size of the order and time of the year. A deposit may be required for custom orders. Custom orders are non-returnable. Adjustments can likely be made, but may result in additional charges.


APPROVALS

  • Designers are welcome to take items out for 7 calendar days, assuming you can easily load them into your vehicle without damage to the product.
  • We require wholesale payment at the time you leave with the merchandise, your payment will be processed at the end of the 7th day.
  • Damaged product or product that smells cannot be returned.

RETURNS

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any non-custom item returned after purchase.
  • Returned items will be applied to store credit only and must be in the same condition as when they left the showroom.
  • Absolutely, no returns after 7 days of purchase date.

ON SITE CONSULTATION

Incurs both a Consultation Fee and a Trip Charge. On-site consultation is available at $60.00 per hour (one hour minimum) which will be applied as a credit back if the client purchases. Trip Charges vary by location and are non-refundable.

ON SITE LABOR

Incurs both a Labor Fee and a Trip Charge. On-site labor is available at $60.00 per hour (one hour minimum), per person. Trip Charges vary by location and are non-refundable.

DELIVERY

Beck’s no longer provides delivery service. We will, however, be happy to provide our clients with names of companies that specialize in delivery.

STORAGE

Any projects stored at Beck’s longer than two weeks after the original pick-up date will be subject to a storage fee of $1.00 per square foot per month, prorated at weekly intervals for partial months.

This policy is based upon the pick-up date given at the time the order is placed, not the order date. We continue to appreciate orders being placed as early as possible. Storage prior to the original pick-up date will not apply to any storage fees.

BUSINESS TO BUSINESS

Credentials for Business to Business Pricing

  • Copy of EIN assignment from the Internal Revenue Service
  • Copy of Business Card
  • Payment made via Business Check or Credit Card

If you do not have these credentials you are welcome to purchase at retail prices.

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED FOR WHOLESALE PRICING

  • Photocopy of city and state Sales Tax License
  • Photocopy of Business check or Master Card/ Visa in Business Name
  • Business Card
  • Signed copy of “Intent to Resell” form

If you do not have these credentials you are welcome to purchase at retail prices.

For Designers — SENDING CLIENTS INTO THE SHOWROOM

You are welcome to send your clients into our showroom. If you do NOT accompany them, the following policies apply:

  • Please call us with their name and payment and possible discount information.

The discount changes when your client comes into our showroom unaccompanied by you, please ask for details.
